Getting started
What this is and how to begin.
HER stands for High Earning Resources.
HER Lab is a workspace for turning what you already know into something you can own and sell. You take a short assessment, inventory the resources you already hold, score one of them against six dimensions of commercial viability, and come out with a decision you can act on. It is structured thinking, kept in one place, with a record of why you decided what you decided.
Women building a first digital product, and women with several products started and zero finished. If you have knowledge, skills, or lived experience that people already ask you about, and you want a structured way to decide what to do with it, this is built for you.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
Zero is a valid answer. Onboarding asks for your existing audience size and accepts zero without penalty. What a digital asset requires is being findable by people already searching for what it does.
Account setup is five short questions. HER Blueprint LITE is 28 questions. Resource Miner goes at your pace. Opportunity Score is six questions about one resource.
Onboarding asks for your honest weekly capacity. Answer it honestly rather than aspirationally. The Lab uses that number, so an inflated one produces recommendations sized for hours you lack.
Create a free account, complete onboarding, then work the stage track on your dashboard in order: Blueprint, then Resource, then Opportunity. The later stages open as you go.
The order matters. Building an asset before you know which resource it comes from is the most common way people waste three weeks.
HER Blueprint
What the assessment is, and where its job ends.
A free assessment of 28 questions. It shows you patterns in how you create value, what resources you may already hold, how you communicate, and how you execute, using only what you tell it.
Its job is recognition. A LITE result has worked if your reaction is "that's accurate, and now I have words for it." Choosing a product comes later, in Resource Miner and Opportunity Score.
It is a work-pattern tool. It describes patterns in how you work, drawn from answers you gave about how you work. It does not diagnose personality or psychology, it is not a clinical instrument, and it makes no claim to measure who you are as a person.
The required framing, and we mean it literally: this is a Blueprint hypothesis, not a diagnosis. Real behavior gets the final vote. If a section feels wrong, treat it as wrong. Your read of yourself outranks ours.
Everything the Blueprint produces comes from your assessment answers alone. We do not collect birth date, birth time, or birthplace.
LITE is free and covers five dimensions, enough to recognize the shape of how you work. HER Blueprint covers all ten dimensions in greater depth and is a paid product.
LITE is a preliminary discovery tool and it's yours to keep.
Yes. Your responses are stored append-only. A retake adds a new record rather than erasing the old one, so you can see how your answers moved over time rather than losing the earlier version.
Resource Miner & Opportunity Score
The two utilities that do the actual work.
It walks you through an inventory of what you already hold, in seven categories:
- Knowledge: what you understand that people ask you about
- Skills: what you can do that took time to learn
- Experience: what you've lived through and come out the other side of
- Systems: processes you built for yourself that work
- Relationships: who you know and what they trust you with
- Content: what you've already made or published
- Problems: things you solved for yourself first
It is an inventory. A brainstorm invents; an inventory counts what is already in the room. That last category, problems you already solved, is the one people undervalue most.
You pick one resource from your inventory and answer six questions. Each dimension carries a fixed weight:
- Problem Urgency: 20%
- Buyer Evidence: 20%
- Willingness to Pay: 20%
- Format Fit: 15%
- Capacity: 13%
- Test-ability: 12%
The weighted total produces one of six recommendations (Build, Test, Hold, Pivot, Service Not Product, or Cut) along with the specific factors supporting it and the specific risks against it. A few answers act as overrides regardless of total: if buyer evidence and urgency both sit at the bottom of the scale, it will tell you to cut it, however good the rest looks.
Then you have learned something for the cost of six questions instead of three months, and the rationale will tell you which dimension sank it. Frequently that is fixable. A weak Format Fit or Test-ability score means the framing needs work. The resource itself can still hold real value.
And you can overrule it. The score is an input to your judgment, and you make the call. It is one opinion in a room where you've historically been the only voice.
The stage track runs Blueprint → Resource → Opportunity → Asset → Offer → Market, and later stages open as you complete earlier ones. Asset Builder Studio, Offer Builder, Product Ladder, Launch Planner, the 30-Day Launch Map, Content Engine and the Prompt Vault are part of a Lab All Access pass. Asset Audit is still being built and is marked as such.
AI, accuracy, and limits
The section most platforms leave out.
They are AI strategist interfaces, not people and not licensed professionals. Gia is the strategist and educator you'll meet first; the others handle narrower jobs. None of them is a coach, an advisor, or a substitute for one.
Each strategist gives you one deliverable scoped to that piece of work. That is a deliberate design choice, and it keeps what you get specific.
Rules do the scoring. Opportunity Score and HER Blueprint LITE are deterministic: fixed weights and fixed rules. The same answers always produce the same result, on any day, for anyone.
What the Lab gives you is structure for decisions. The outcomes belong to your effort, your market, and your circumstances.
GWL makes no guarantee of income, revenue, sales, or business outcome of any kind. There are no typical-results claims because there is no honest way to make one. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.
Discard it. Every output is a hypothesis for you to evaluate against what you actually know about your work and your buyers. You are the final authority on your own business, and a tool that asked you to defer to it would be a worse tool.
Pricing & access
What's free, what's paid, and what happens to your money.
Yes. An email address is all it takes to create an account. HER Blueprint LITE, Resource Miner, and Opportunity Score are available on the free tier, and your work stays yours.
Those three are deterministic. They run on rules, so they are free to use and unmetered. The AI strategists are part of a Lab All Access pass.
The unit for AI strategist work. A Lab All Access pass carries 50 a cycle. A strategist turn is one credit, and a full diagnostic audit is three, because it reads your whole decision chain rather than answering one question.
Deterministic tools are credit-free, because rules produce them. That covers HER Blueprint LITE and Opportunity Score.
Hard stop at zero, by design. The price of the pass is the whole bill.
- HER Digital Asset Starter Kit. What a digital asset is and how to start one.
- Create & Cash IN. The build path, using Canva and ChatGPT.
- HER Blueprint. The ten-dimension version, sold inside the Lab.
Current prices are on the store. Torn between the first two? Start with the Starter Kit. It's the cheaper wrong answer.
All sales are final. Everything here is digital and access is delivered at the moment of purchase, so there are no refunds for change of mind, including dissatisfaction with a score, a recommendation, or an output.
We would rather say that plainly before you buy than bury it after. If you were charged twice or in error, or you paid and did not receive access, email us and we make it right. Access passes are a single payment: they end on their end date and never renew. Please contact us before your bank; a chargeback suspends access to the products involved.
Read the full Refund Policy before purchasing.
ACA is a separate, third-party mentorship, course, and community that we are affiliated with and highly recommend. ACA runs the program, and its coaching and support come from ACA.
Your data and your work
What we keep, and what belongs to you.
You do. Your inventory, your responses, your business information, and anything you build with the Lab's help are yours. We hold a limited license to store and process that content solely to run the Service for you. GWL claims no ownership of your products or assets.
Only you. Every table holding your data enforces row-level access tied to your account, so your records are reachable by your account alone. Your decisions and responses are stored append-only: each record stays exactly as written, and that holds for us too.
What you enter: your name, your assessment answers, your resource inventory, your constraints, and your decisions, plus usage events so we can tell which parts of the Lab actually get used. We do not collect birth data, health data, or financial account details, and we don't ask for demographic information beyond what you volunteer.
Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Email us with “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line. We delete your personal information and Lab data within 30 days, apart from anything we’re legally required to keep, such as financial records.
You can stop using the Service at any time. GWL sells single payments only, and access passes end on their own, so cancelling is unnecessary.
