These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GenHERational Wealth Lab ("GWL," "we," "us," or "our"), including the GWL website and HER Lab platform (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
GWL is a Resource Intelligence platform designed to help women identify, evaluate, and structure their knowledge, skills, and experience into potential business assets. The Service provides structured frameworks, guided utilities, and AI-assisted analysis tools.
The Service is an educational and organizational tool, not a business consulting service, financial advisory service, or guarantee of any business or financial outcome. All outputs, scores, and recommendations produced by the Service are hypotheses and structured thinking aids: not predictions, professional advice, or commitments.
GWL makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind regarding income, revenue, profit, business success, or any other financial or commercial outcome. Participating in the Service does not guarantee that you will earn money, build a successful business, or achieve any specific result. Individual results depend entirely on factors outside GWL's control, including your own effort, market conditions, skills, and circumstances.
Any examples, case studies, or illustrative scenarios used in the Service are for educational purposes only and do not represent typical results.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may not share your account, use another person's account, or create accounts for purposes of misuse or circumventing restrictions.
You retain ownership of all content you submit through the Service, including your resource inventory, responses, and business information ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant GWL a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.
You represent that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable law.
The Service, including its design, frameworks, methodology, copywriting, software, and brand assets, is owned by GWL and protected by applicable intellectual property law. GWL does not claim ownership of the business assets, products, or content you create using the Service. What you build is yours.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the Service or its proprietary frameworks outside the scope of personal use within your account.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. GWL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GWL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF GWL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
GWL's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to GWL in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold GWL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GWL is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
