HER Blueprint™
What HER Blueprint covers.
LITE showed you five patterns in how you work. HER Blueprint maps all ten, how they interact, and what the combination means for the next decision you have to make. This page is the whole picture, laid out in full before you decide.
The ten dimensions
Five come across from your LITE result. You answer those questions once. Five are new, and each is read from at least three of your answers rather than a single question.
Creator Code
How you actually make things, as opposed to how you think you should.
Resource Code
Where your commercially useful resources sit in what you already know and have built.
Voice Code
How you persuade when you are being yourself: proof, translation, revelation or provocation.
Build Code
How you move a thing from idea to finished, and where you tend to stall doing it.
Growth Edge
The pattern that is currently costing you the most, named plainly.
Influence Code
Why people who already know you come to you, and what that says about what you can sell.
Visibility Code
How visible you are willing to be, and which commercial forms that rules in and out.
Offer Code
The shape your offer wants to take, given your resource, your buyer and your limits.
Market Code
Who your buyer actually is, where they already gather, and what they do instead of asking you.
Delivery Code
How this would have to be delivered, and whether that matches how you are willing to work.
What it asks
Seven steps. You pick the answer closest to what actually happens, and you write in your own words where the question asks for them.
- Your buyer. Who brings you this problem, what it costs them, and what they do instead of asking you.
- Your proof. What has actually happened so far. Honest beats impressive here, because the rest of the Blueprint is weighed against it.
- Your commercial form. Which forms this could take, including staying a service.
- Your reach. Who you can get to this week, rather than an audience you plan to build.
- Your visibility and influence. How seen you are willing to be, and why people come to you now.
- Your limits and ownership. Your capacity, what is off the table, and what your employment or contract allows you to sell.
- Your decisions. What you are actually choosing between.
What you get back
- Your ten codes, each with what it means for you specifically rather than a type description.
- A readiness read across nine areas: buyer clarity, problem evidence, proof, ownership and control, constraint fit, delivery fit, reach, offer readiness and resource strength.
- Your limiting dimension, named. The single one holding the rest back, and what to do about it.
- Where your own answers contradict each other, said plainly rather than smoothed over.
- A Decision Roadmap: the order the decisions want to be made in, with the timing left to you.
Every section is built by fixed rules from your own answers, without an AI model. Anything the Blueprint infers rather than reads is labeled as a hypothesis, because that is what it is. Where your answers still leave the direction open, it says so plainly.
How it works
- You need a LITE result first. It is free, and five of the ten dimensions come from it. If LITE is still ahead of you, start there.
- It is delivered as a dashboard inside your Lab. You sign in and it is there, alongside Resource Miner and Opportunity Score.
- You can retake it. Things change as you test. Your earlier Blueprint stays saved.
- It is a separate purchase. LITE stays exactly as it is, and it is yours to keep either way.
Its limits
It is a structured read of your own answers. It is not financial advice. It does not tell you that you will make money, or how much, or how quickly. It reads the patterns your own answers point at, tells you which one is limiting the rest, and gives you the order to work in. Sometimes the honest answer it gives is that staying a service is the right call, and it will say that.
